FloQast is close management software built by accountants for accountants so they can successfully close their month-end faster and more accurately. We had the pleasure of working together by creating their monthly customer appreciation event FloFest.
We Love Our Customers
We have never met a company that doesn’t say “we love our customers” but it takes a certain type of brand to actually do something to show them. FloQast asked us to pitch some ideas around this concept and jumped at the opportunity to show their customers why they are important to them through a monthly thank you we named FloFest.
FloFest is a “no sell” casual lunch for FloQast customers. The lunch is so much for their customers that the customers are allowed to invite friends and make the lunch their own. Every month we focus on a different location so FloQast can say thank you to as many customers face to face as possible.
As part of creating and executing the actual event we also were responsible for the visual identity, some swag, and capturing the event through photography and video.
